Fiat 124 Spider (2016)
The Fiat 124 Spider is a two-seater roadster with a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout introduced by Italian car manufacturer FIAT at the 2015 LA Auto Show, ahead of its market launch in 2016. It is based on the fourth generation Mazda MX-5 roadster—the two being even built in the same Mazda Hiroshima plant—although with Fiat-designed all-new bodywork and a 1.4-litre ''MultiAir'' turbocharged inline-four engine developing and of torque.〔
The car's name and exterior design harken back to the original Fiat 124 Sport Spider, produced from 1966 to 1985.〔

Fiat's much-anticipated, and apparently already-filmed, commercial featuring Hollywood "bad boy" Charlie Sheen was shelved before its debut at the 2015 LA Auto Show, as headlines of Sheen's HIV status coincided with the event.
